Evans Food Sensitivity Assessment for Adults
Wednesday, November 14, 2012 I had the pleasure of working with the author of new book that chronicles the courageous journey of one woman and her family with MS. Joy Neufeld began having symptoms in childhood but went undiagnosed for many, many years. She searched for answers in many places and is now sharing her story to inspire others.
If you, a friend, or a family member has MS, you will inspired by Joy’s story. She has found many complementary practices that have improved her quality of life and enabled her to be wheelchair free, even in her 60’s. One of the strategies that Joy found that dramatically improved her quality of life was addressing food sensitivities. By going on a dairy-free, sugar-free diet, many of her symptoms improved.
Even if the challenges you are facing don’t include MS, this book offers hope and encouragement for people facing adversity of all kinds.
Joy’s book is available through Balboa press and the link to purchase it is
